Join SU President, Gail Martin and guest Judith White, member of the Advisory Council for the Scripture Union USA Northeast Region, as they discuss a new week’s readings in Mark.
Born in Ottawa, Canada, Judith Ward White lived in Ottawa until age of 19. She completed 5 years of musical training receiving an associate degree in Vocal training and Pedagogy from the Royal Conservatory of Toronto. Traveled to New York City in the ‘60s with a purpose of studying music for two years and then returning to Canada. Judith met another musician and married. We have three children and now, six grandchildren. Alongside a career as an administrative assistant with various firms, Judith continued her avocation as a musician, including soloist in various New York City church choirs, recitals, concerts and guest soloist with various organizations. Missions has played a large part in Judith’s life. She was a member of the Council of Missions and chair for 4 years at Calvary Baptist Church, New York City. She has been on various Missions trips to such places as Mississippi, Detroit, Senegal and Istanbul, Turkey. Currently, Judith is a member of the Advisory Council for the Scripture Union USA Northeast Region.
