Frank Barker is a retired pastor who has served churches both in his homeland New Zealand and the USA, his adopted home. In his early years, he was enriched by the ministry of Scripture Union and has served the ministry in various capacities. In the USA was Regional Director for the Pacific Northwest for 15 years, 7 years as a board member and served as Lead Editor of Encounter with God for 9 years.
